JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Account Manager to oversee our HVAC projects and ensure the successful execution of installations, maintenance, and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in service and HVAC systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires effective communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role within the HVAC industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the HVAC industry
• Proficiency in project management software and tools for estimating purposes.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects from inception to completion.
• Utilize project management techniques to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
• Conduct service and project estimating to determine project costs and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in HVAC practices and techniques.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
