THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for a HVAC / Air-conditioning Technical Customer Service
Officer to join Fujitsu General’s team in Wayville, SA / Balcatta, WA /
Notting Hill, VIC / Eagle Farm, QLD OR Eastern Creek, NSW.
This full-time role involves providing exceptional technical customer service
to both internal and external customers. This is perfect for an
experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants to get off the tools!
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to developing
training materials and keeping the team up to date on product updates.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Previous customer service experience within the air-conditioning industry
• Field Service experience in air-conditioning or refrigeration is

highly advantageous

• Strong phone manner with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle complex technical information in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ARCtick license/ HVAC certification and supervisor or contractor’s license is

mandatory

This role is a great opportunity to get off the tools and can be completed
from multiple locations Eastern Creek (Sydney), Balcatta (Perth), Notting Hill

(Melbourne), Wayville (Adelaide) or Eagle Farm (Brisbane)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide outstanding technical customer service to both trade and retail

customers

• Manage order processing, service requirements, returns, and warranties
• Develop and refine training materials to ensure the team stays current with

product knowledge

• Prepare service reports and provide valuable feedback to management for

product improvement
