JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled HVAC apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC equipment. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in the field.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is preferred.

    Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioners, and ventilation units.
  • Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct appliance repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to build and plumb new HVAC installations.
  • Utilize welding techniques for necessary repairs or modifications on equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
