Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled HVAC apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of HVAC equipment. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in the field.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is preferred.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including boilers, air conditioners, and ventilation units.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct appliance repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to build and plumb new HVAC installations.
- Utilize welding techniques for necessary repairs or modifications on equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
