QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience in HVAC installation is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and understand HVAC design principles.
• Familiarity with plumbing, refrigeration, air conditioning, and boiler systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for travel to job sites.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist a lead HVAC Installer or Tech with the following tasks.
• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct field service visits to assess system performance and implement necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for each job.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and others.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
