Position Overview As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and system inspections to ensure residential heating and cooling systems operate safely and efficiently. You will represent our brand in customers’ homes, delivering professional service while identifying potential system improvements. What You’ll Do Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems Inspect, clean, and test heating and cooling equipment Identify wear-and-tear issues and recommend solutions Maintain accurate service documentation Deliver high-level customer service with clear communication Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle Follow all safety standards and company procedures What We’re Looking For Prior HVAC experience preferred (maintenance experience is a plus) Basic knowledge of residential HVAC systems and components Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively Comfortable working in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions (important in the Pittsburgh climate) Willingness to participate in ongoing technical training Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Why Technicians Choose Us Year-round steady work...
