Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Area Sales Manager to join our team based in Wisconsin or Minnesota, United States. As an HVAC Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence in the Milwaukee area and surrounding territories. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their performance Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of successful sales management experience, preferably in a related industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies Strong time management and organizational skills In-depth knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Milwaukee and surrounding areas Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) preferred Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required Compensation: USD 109400 - USD 146000 - yearly
