JOB DESCRIPTION:

Universal BIM is looking for an experienced HVAC Draughtsman to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC drafting and design. We seek a detail-oriented professional who is locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC Draughtsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping layouts.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
• Must be locally available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.

• Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, and local UAE regulations.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to deadlines.
