Description Facility Maintenance Technician Senior Location: Kindeva Drug Manufacturing – Lexington, KY Pay: $27–$31/hour (based on experience and skillset) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Shift: Day Shift About the Role Join our team as a Senior Facility Maintenance Technician and help keep our facility running safely and efficiently. In this role, you'll use your maintenance expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems while supporting daily operations. A Day in the Life Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues quickly Complete work orders and maintain accurate records Support facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades Promote a safe work environment and follow all safety standards Assist and share knowledge with other maintenance team members Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of facility maintenance experience Certified HVAC License (Required) Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Experience working with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Additional Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
