We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Channel Operations Manager for developing and executing strategies to expand the company’s sales channels within the HVAC market. This role focuses on identifying new distribution partners, building strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and dealers, and increasing market penetration for HVAC products. The manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive channel growth and achieve revenue targets.

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, HVAC sales, channel development, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC technologies, systems, and components.
  • Direct experience with an HVAC manufacturer is required.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value and business impact.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the HVAC sales channel network, including new distributors, dealers, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design channel-specific programs, promotions, and training.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and track market offerings to identify product/service gaps and improvement areas.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Recommend go-to-market strategy by assessing margin performance and analyzing competitive positioning.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
