Company Vehicle is also available. * Thriving customer base with consistent work all year * All shifts available, help create your own work schedule * Strong company culture- Annual employee appreciation party, rewards and recognition * 401(k) Match & Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) * Short & Long-Term Disability + Life Insurance * Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do: * Meet with homeowners to evaluate heating, cooling, and indoor air quality needs * Provide customized solutions for system replacements and upgrades * Present financing options and educate customers on products and services * Build trust and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process * Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project completion * Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals * Document all sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems * Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: * Previous sales experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services highly preferred * Strong ability to build rapport and earn trust with homeowners * Consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience/ Education: * High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical background a plus * 1+ year experience in sales, preferably HVAC or home services. * EPA Certified preferred * NATE Certified preferred Working Conditions/Physical Demands: * Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer's schedules * Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces * Ability to work in attics and tight spaces * Ability to work in a multitude of weather conditions Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
