This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, managing job site operations, and maintaining communication with project managers, contractors, and clients. Responsibilities: • Oversee commercial HVAC installation crews on job sites • Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow to keep projects on schedule • Ensure quality installation of commercial systems including RTUs, split systems, VRF, hydronic components, and duct systems • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings • Perform site evaluations, safety checks, and ensure compliance with codes • Coach and develop install team members • Communicate effectively with contractors, inspectors, project managers, and clients • Provide clear job updates and documentation • Assist with hands-on installation work as needed Qualifications: • 5+ years commercial HVAC installation experience, including crew leadership • EPA Certification (Helpful) • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • Strong understanding of commercial HVAC design, layout, and installation standards • Proficient with refrigerant systems, gas piping, air balance, and low voltage controls • Ability to manage job site workflow and solve problems quickly • Strong communication and professionalism with customers, contractors, and team members • Solid understanding of mechanical and building codes Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment Qualifications
