NJR Home Services, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources is seeking an HVAC Sales Consultant to meet the sales revenue objectives of the organization through generating and closing sales leads. Major Responsibilities: Generate and manage sales leads from initial contact to close, offering tailored equipment and financing solutions while ensuring all required paperwork is accurately completed. Meet all monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals as set forth by management. Work independently and collaboratively the highest level of customer service. Maintain excellent communication with installation and service supervisors through attendance at meetings and otherwise. Represent NJR Home Services at trade shows and other events as required by management. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Four to six years of prior HVAC sales experience is required. Must possess knowledge of HVAC products and installations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong sales skills and ability to work independently. Goal-orientated, self-motivated and organized.
