The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction by assisting counter and telephone customers with product selection and purchases. Responsibilities: - Meets and greets all customers with service, knowledge, and respect - Advises, assists, and actively upsells all customers on complimentary products above and beyond the original order - Creates quotes and sales tickets. - Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals - Research credits, returns, and payments Requirements: - Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent.
