Description

Service Wizards is now seeking a HVAC CSR/Dispatcher to join our team at our Tulsa location. Service Wizards is proud to maintain a full-service HVAC fleet in the Tulsa metropolitan area. Service Wizards specializes in servicing residential & commercial applications and provides new construction services. These services include HVAC system design, preventative maintenance, on-demand service, and overall system support. Service Wizards’ goal is to provide rapid and reliable, service to its customers. Referrals have been the primary factor in our growth, and we will do everything possible to maintain our clients’ confidence and trust.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and relay calls and messages
  • Speak with the customer, account managers, or technicians and creates service calls as needed
  • Reviews services work orders for spelling, grammar and correctness, rewrites as necessary.
  • Corrects additional billings that were missed on service work order
  • Schedule and dispatch work crew to the appropriate location according to customer’s request, specification or needs
  • Arrange for repairs that are needed for jobs that need to be scheduled, by setting up time and date with the customer, and coordinate with and others that are involved
  • Identify that the technician is the best person for the job that the customer needs
  • Ensure efficient technician call assignments

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in HVAC or service industry (preferred)
  • Exhibits strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and able to work well within a team environment
  • Experience with any type of dispatch computer system software (preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting demands and time commitments
  • Is capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated technicians or clients
  • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • Maintains professional but friendly and outgoing demeanor
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
