POSITION SUMMARY: If you enjoy a fast paced work environment with little down time, this is the job for you! * Provide top level customer service to both external and internal customers. * Everyday engagement with both customers and field technicians to ensure ETAs are met and customers needs are taken care of JOB DUTIES: * Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers demands’ * Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment * Field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met * Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis * Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals * Ensure technicians needs are met daily QUALIFICATIONS: * High School Diploma or GED * Strong customer service and people skills * Highly organized * Able to thrive in high pressure situations * Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively * Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel We strive to foster a work environment that includes and embraces racial, ethnic and gender diversity and other individual differences.
