Follow safety procedures when working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas. Maintain and inspect duct cleaning tools, vacuums, and machinery. Communicate professionally with customers and explain the cleaning process. Ensure all work meets company standards and homes are left clean post-service. Document services performed and report any system issues or concerns. Take before-and-after photos for quality control when required. Collaborate with HVAC or plumbing teams as needed on job sites. Represent the company professionally with a clean appearance and positive attitude. Other job duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Comfortable operating duct cleaning tools and working in attics/crawlspaces. Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, climbing, kneeling). Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear PPE. Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team. Open to flexible scheduling, including weekend days.
