AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC Overview The Insulation Installation Technician is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all energy efficiency insulation products.The Ductwork Placement Installer is responsible for installing, positioning, and securing HVAC duct systems in residential projects. This role ensures proper airflow distribution, system efficiency, and compliance with building codes and safety standards. All technicians are accountable for appointment times, receiving and reviewing customer sign offs, and proper inventory on a per job basis. They must perform onsite troubleshooting and basic maintenance for all equipment. Acts in accordance with the Installation Policy & Procedures stated by the company. Upholds high standards of professional competence and ethical conduct. Ensures the proper installation of the product and satisfaction of the customer. Maintains accountability for all equipment and products provided by EAS. Primary responsibility is the prevention of damage to the homeowners’ property. Installation Technicians will at all times protect the customer’s home and not deviate from departmental procedures. Ensures that all required licenses remain current. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred) Previous experience in HVAC, duct installation, or construction (preferred) Knowledge of HVAC systems and duct layout principles Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with hand and power tools *This posting may provide details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
