QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

EXPERIENCE:

• 8-12 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in the Gulf region.
• Experience in design, estimation, equipment selection, materials planning and procurement, installation, and commissioning of HVAC works.
• Track record in working on multi-storied towers, villa complexes, hotels, and hospitals.
• Previous involvement in the design, planning, and execution of at least one project involving 20-30 storied buildings.
• Techno-commercial and contractual knowledge is a plus.
• Air Conditioning Engineers should have a working knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems).
