We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team.

JOB SUMMARY:

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our projects. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure systems are efficient, compliant, and meet client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC engineering experience in the contracting industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per mont

• Design and select HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Conduct load calculations and energy analysis using software (e.g., HAP, Carrier E20-II).
• Review and approve subcontractor submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitor installation progress, conduct site inspections, and ensure quality control.
• Coordinate with other MEP disciplines, architects, and contractors.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare technical reports and participate in client meetings as required.
