COMPANY OVERVIEW – HVAC ENGINEERING MANAGER

Our client, a respected and growing building services provider, is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineering Manager to lead and oversee mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, heating, and gas teams across multiple sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional, supportive company entering a new phase of expansion. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, service excellence, and coaching of engineering teams across commercial environments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven experience in HVAC management
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong technical knowledge of building services systems
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience managing engineers across multiple sites (desirable)

• Oversee safe and compliant maintenance of building services
• Lead and support multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Ensure high standards of service delivery across all sites
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers
• Manage site visits and liaise with clients to ensure expectations are met
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance
