Description

Masters Building Solutions specializes in providing engineered solutions for sustainable building design and energy-efficient HVAC and building automation systems. As a trusted manufacturer’s representative, we are committed to innovation and excellence in the HVAC industry.
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator/Account Manager to join our Service Department. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with commercial HVAC expertise who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 annually, with the potential for additional commission based on sales performance.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; provide strategic guidance and solutions.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
  • Prepare reports on account status, performance metrics, and client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Manage contract renewals and assist with proposal development.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and propose new service contracts based on customer needs.
  • Work with customers to develop T&M (Time and Materials) and quote proposals.
  • Provide internal estimating support for Masters Sales and Service teams.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to maintain profitability of service quotes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 + years’ experience in account management, sales, or customer service (HVAC or related field preferred).

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

  • Travel required within Wisconsin, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and northern Illinois to support proposals and contracts,
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and remain on feet for long durations.
  • Work may include outdoor environments and varied weather conditions.
  • Exposure to mechanical and equipment rooms, including heights, fumes, and high-voltage areas.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
