Description

JASARA PMC is looking for an experienced HVAC Expert to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance in all our projects. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, conducting performance analysis, and guiding project teams to deliver HVAC solutions that exceed client expectations while complying with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Provide expert advice on HVAC system design, selection, and integration across various types of projects. Evaluate and analyze existing HVAC systems for efficiency and effectiveness, recommending improvements as necessary. Conduct detailed load calculations and performance assessments to inform design decisions. Prepare comprehensive project documentation including specifications, reports, and installation guidelines. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC solutions. Lead cooling and heating system commissioning efforts to certify system performance meets specifications. Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and regulatory changes in the HVAC industry. Train and mentor junior engineers and staff in best practices and innovative approaches within HVAC engineering. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of experience specifically in HVAC design and management. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, energy regulations, and industry standards. Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to make data-driven decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Professional certifications (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE) are highly desirable.
