We're seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to help maintain critical building systems and support facility operations. A Day in the Life • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and building systems • Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems • Maintain boilers, chillers, air compressors, pumps, and related facility equipment • Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately • Support facility improvement projects and equipment upgrades • Promote a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures • Mentor and assist junior maintenance team members Requirements What We're Looking For • 3+ years of facility, industrial, or commercial maintenance experience • HVAC certification/license and strong HVAC troubleshooting experience • Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and facility systems • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Additional Requirements • Lift up to 50 lbs. • Climb ladders and work in confined spaces • Valid driver's license • Occasional overtime or on-call support as needed If you're a skilled maintenance professional looking for a stable day-shift opportunity with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
