What Does Alpine Intel Offer You? * Remote Schedule * Competitive Compensation Package * Bonus Opportunity * Career Growth * A Diverse & Positive Work Environment * Professional Development * Employee Referral Bonus * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Coverage * 401K with Match * HSA and HRA (Employer contributions) * Paid Parental Leave * Company Paid Life Insurance * Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Time Off and Holidays Minimum Requirements: * Willing and able to travel up to 70% * EPA license is required * At least 5 years of Commercial Field Experience * Understands the process for determining cause of loss * Experience with working with a scheduling department and customer service representatives * Experience in conflict resolution with HVAC contractors or other similar field professionals * Experience speaking with adjusters or other similar field professionals * Strong computer skills * Focused, self-motivated, team player and teachable * Strong self-starter mentality * Great photography skills * Must be dedicated solely to Alpine Intel– no other HVAC business management duties/responsibilities Key Responsibilities Include: * Perform forensic HVAC inspections in your local region but also extended to other surrounding hotspots as needed * Complete inspections within our defined service level agreements * Review field technicians work to ensure professionalism, technical competence, and accuracy * Test, use and understand our Apps – have the ability to coach and train field technicians on their functionality * Last minute travel arrangements are common Physical Requirements: * Ability to work in an office or remote environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. * Must be able to climb and use ladders to access buildings * Ability to stoop, bend, or crawl to access basements, crawlspaces, and confined spaces. * Regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
