HumanHire is partnered with a leading facility services contractor to help them find an HVAC Field Service Supervisor to support their business efforts throughout New York’s 5 boroughs.

The HVAC Field Service Supervisor will monitor and inspect commercial HVAC installations while overseeing a team of HVAC Technicians. We are seeking candidates with prior HVAC leadership/supervisory experience as a Field Technician/Manager to join our growing team!

• Compensation: Up to $180,000 per year
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

HVAC FIELD SERVICE SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 years of Technician experience within commercial HVAC required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred
• Must possess strong HVAC technical knowledge and understanding of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Knowledge of the 5 boroughs
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Visit job sites to inspect ongoing work, ensuring compliance and quality control with safety standards and customer requests
