WHAT YOU'LL DO: HVAC Project Coordination & Leadership: Manage daily HVAC installations, repairs, or maintenance activities, demonstrating leadership to keep projects on schedule with minimal disruptions. Safety, Quality, & Training: Enforce safety protocols, ensure all work meets quality and code standards, and provide training to enhance the team's technical skills and adherence to safety guidelines. Resource & Budget Management: Efficiently allocate labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for HVAC projects, while managing budgets and escalating financial concerns when necessary. Problem-Solving & Communication: Address HVAC system challenges, maintain clear communication with installers, clients, and stakeholders, and accurately document project progress and issues. WHAT YOU BRING: Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC systems, tools, and techniques. HVAC certifications and licenses a plus. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently, with adaptability to shifting project needs and challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and motivating teams to achieve goals. Experienced in planning and managing HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion. Skilled in inspecting HVAC work for compliance with codes and standards, and mentoring team members to develop their skills and maintain high-quality results.
