Your Role
As our HVAC Location/General Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, develop and mentor technicians, and ensure every customer interaction meets our high service standards. This is a leadership role where you’ll manage both people and processes — keeping jobs on schedule, teams motivated, and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service operations: scheduling, dispatch, job completion, billing.
  • Train, mentor, and coach technicians to deliver quality service and 5-star customer experiences.
  • Conduct ride-alongs, vehicle/tool inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
  • Monitor inventory, timecards, and invoices to keep operations running smoothly and profitably.
  • Partner with ownership to hit KPIs (customer satisfaction, profitability, efficiency).
  • Step in hands-on when needed to support the team and set the standard.

What We’re Looking For

Experienced HVAC professional with leadership/management background (service manager, lead tech, or foreman).

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills — you enjoy helping others grow.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven.
  • Excellent communicator with both customers and team members.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
  • H3 license preferred.
