In this energetic role, you will assist skilled technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. Duties  Support HVAC service technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.  Assist in reading schematics and technical diagrams to understand system layouts and troubleshooting procedures.  Help with plumbing and refrigeration tasks related to HVAC systems.  Perform equipment repairs, and mechanical adjustments under supervision to ensure optimal operation.  Contribute to property maintenance tasks involving air conditioning units, boilers, and other mechanical equipment.  Support field service operations by preparing work sites, transporting tools and parts and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications  Basic knowledge of construction principles and mechanical systems related to HVAC or property maintenance.  Prior service technician experience or hands-on work with appliances repair is highly desirable.  Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design concepts, and technical manuals.  Strong mechanical knowledge including plumbing, refrigeration, boilers, and equipment repair.  Experience working in field service environments with a focus on air conditioning systems or appliance repair.  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred  Demonstrated willingness to learn about HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems and safety standards.
