Description

The HVAC II is part of a multi-craft team providing HVAC, refrigeration, thermostat controls, building automation systems, testing and balancing, and a variety of other maintenance activities for repairs, troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, fire safety systems, and testing of equipment, buildings, and utility systems. A probationary period of 90 days (about 3 months) will be given for the organization to determine their ability, skill set, and ensure they uphold the values of the department and the organization. The HVAC II is responsible for completing documentation, quality control, rounding, and other duties as assigned.

The HVAC II is responsible for providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation services for HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation systems as part of a multi-craft team. This role also includes completing necessary documentation, quality control checks, and performing assigned duties.
