Job Responsibilities: As an HVAC Install Apprentice you are the comfort controllers! Helping your HVAC install lead install and, replace HVAC systems for customer's in their homes. Work directly with your team and homeowners. Install and retrofit systems including but not limited to Standard and Highly efficient Furnaces, Air conditioner units, Mini Splits, Oil Furnaces, Air Handlers, Heat Pumps and Water Heaters. Duct work and duct work modifications. Work with Sheet Metal. Ensure the work truck is clean at all times. Loading and unloading equipment to and from the truck. Requirements Strong communication skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen Ability to pass a background check Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 75 lbs. Ability to use basic hand tools (tape measure, level, and drill) Basic knowledge of HVAC Great time management skills Have a willingness to learn 1-2 years of customer service Team player Reliable Respectful
Responsibilities
As an HVAC Install Apprentice, the primary role is to assist the lead installer in setting up and replacing HVAC systems within customer residences. This includes installing various systems like furnaces, air conditioners, mini-splits, and heat pumps, along with performing necessary ductwork modifications.
