As an Install Assistant, you'll work alongside our Lead Installer on residential HVAC installations — learning the trade hands-on while helping deliver a 5-star customer experience from start to finish. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Sign-on bonus opportunity Paid training and career development Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Tools and equipment provided Clear path to advance to Installer and Lead Installer What You'll Do Assist the Lead Installer with residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and ductwork Help with equipment setup, demolition, line sets, ductwork runs, and material staging Protect the customer's home during the installation process — drop cloths, booties, and cleanup Complete pre-install, safety, and post-install checklists accurately Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle Communicate professionally with customers and team members throughout the install Follow all safety procedures and use the required protective equipment Requirements What We're Looking For 1 year of HVAC install experience Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and a team-first attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions Requirements EPA 608 certification Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Ready to start building your career in HVAC?
