What You'll Do: Manage the daily and weekly scheduling of HVAC installation jobs, aligning availability with customer needs and project timelines. Maintain accurate records of jobs, change orders, and completion status. Track and file permits and completion paperwork. Act as the central point of contact for customers and installation crews, providing updates, instructions, and resolving any scheduling or logistical issues. Track job progress, update scheduling and CRM systems, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed. Monitor installation progress, assist with follow-ups, and help ensure each job is completed to company standards. Requirements 2-3 years in a fast paced administrative environment 2 years customer service experience Highly motivated and organized Excellent communication, problem solving, and attention to detail Service Titan experience a plus!
