What We Offer Our HVAC Install Technicians Sign-On Bonus Available Year-round, steady work – no slow seasons Company vehicle + gas card Ongoing training and development Clear path for growth Leadership that communicates and moves fast What You'll Do as an HVAC Install Technician Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork per minimum standards and installation manual requirements Create a customer experience that exceeds the expectations set by the sales team or Comfort Advisor Communicate professionally throughout the installation process and ensure the customer is fully prepared to operate their new HVAC system upon completion of the job Perform thorough start-up and testing of installed systems to ensure proper operation; complete and sign the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report Adhere to safety procedures and use protective equipment as required Complete the post-install checklist accurately Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used; upon completion of the job, call into the Project Management Team and communicate any issues Requirements What We're Looking For in an HVAC Install Technician Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead installer EPA certification required Journeyman gas fitter a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Professional communication with homeowners Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Able to lift and maneuver equipment and work in various job-site conditions Pay & Incentives $25–$32 per hour, based on experience Incentive plan paid per completed install Tool Account — no-interest loan up to $800 Why Standard?
