Description Are you a skilled HVAC installer ready to take the next step? We're looking for an experienced HVAC Install Lead who takes pride in quality work, leads by example, and delivers an exceptional customer experience on every job. What You'll Do As our Install Lead, you'll own the installation process from start to finish — leading your install team, ensuring every system is installed to code, and making sure every customer feels confident and cared for when the job is done. Lead and mentor your installation assistant through every phase of the job Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork, per manufacturer specifications and code requirements Perform thorough system start-up and testing; complete and sign the Safety, Quality & Assurance Report Complete pre-install, Job Site Hazard Analysis (JHAR), and post-install checklists accurately on every job Communicate with customers before, during, and after installation to ensure a 5-star experience and leave them fully confident operating their new system Protect the customer's home throughout the installation process Coordinate with the Project Management Team upon job completion — report any issues and replenishments needed Stay current with industry standards, building codes, and licensing requirements Requirements What You'll Need 2+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or senior installer level preferred) EPA 608 Certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and customer service skills — you represent the brand on every job Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions, including attics, crawlspaces, and heights up to 15 feet or more Physical Requirements This role is hands-on and physical. You should be comfortable with climbing, lifting, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and working in tight spaces and varying temperatures — both indoors and outdoors.
