What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities available Health insurance, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match PTO Ongoing training and real advancement opportunities Requirements What You’ll Be Doing: Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and ductwork Train and mentor install helpers Ensure all work meets manufacturer specs, code, and company standards Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the job Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized Complete job documentation accurately What We’re Looking For: EPA Universal Certification (Section 608) 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven ability to lead jobs and manage a crew Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and best practices Ability to read and understand installation manuals and schematics Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
