Key Responsibilities for our Lead HVAC Installer: Lead and complete residential HVAC installations from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and residential ductwork Supervise, train, and mentor install helpers Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards Perform system start-ups and verify proper operation Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system operation and job progress Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites Complete the required job documentation accurately Represent Advantage Air in a professional manner Requirements Requirements for our Lead HVAC Installer: EPA Section 608 Universal Certification Minimum 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven leadership and crew management ability Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and best practices Ability to read and interpret installation manuals and schematics Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Benefits for the Lead HVAC Installer: Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health insurance, PTO, and retirement options Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Working Conditions: Regularly works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures.
