The Opportunity This role is designed for installers who want to: produce high-quality installations work efficiently mentor apprentices earn based on performance We install a large number of high-end communicating HVAC systems, so installers must be comfortable working with smart communicating equipment and advanced system controls. Experience with electrical work is also a major plus. Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems and equipment Replace condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and ductwork Work with high-end communicating HVAC systems Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and code requirements Maintain clean and organized job sites Train and mentor apprentice installers Communicate clearly with homeowners during installations Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently Represent the company professionally on every job What We're Looking For We are looking for installers who are: highly motivated and driven proud of producing clean, professional installs comfortable working in fast-paced environments capable of mentoring apprentices committed to delivering excellent customer experiences Requirements Requirements Experience installing residential HVAC systems Comfortable working with communicating and smart HVAC systems Strong understanding of installation procedures and equipment Ability to work efficiently and independently Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Physically capable of performing field work Pay: Based on experience $27 - $35/hour Benefits: 401(k) 3% Match Company truck Dental insurance Employee discount Fuel card Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance 401K Application Question(s): Do you have a clean driving and criminal record?
