Ongoing training and development opportunities. Job Responsibilities: Remove existing HVAC equipment and install new HVAC equipment/systems that were just sold by the HVAC sales team. Work directly with homeowners to proactively communicate the plan on install day and review how their new system will work. Manage one or two apprentices on a job site to ensure a seamless install. Duct work and duct work modifications as needed. Work with sheet metal to build flawless transitions! Required Qualifications Strong communication skills - actively listening to your teammates and customers. Great Time Management - know how you want to approach an install and prioritize all tasks accordingly. Team Player - fill in whenever and however is needed as long as it helps the larger team and our customer! Brazing, Trac Pipe, CFC Refrigerant Card, and EPA certified. N.A.T.E Certification preferred. Preferred - 5+ years of HVAC Install experience. Valid Driver’s License Clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be able to lift, twist, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
