Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC vocational training program preferred
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components
  • Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to HVAC installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Proficient with hand and power tools commonly used in HVAC installation and repair
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old
    F.H. Furr may conduct a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
    Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $125,000.00/Yr

Responsibilities
  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency
  • Measure and cut materials to fit installation requirements, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
  • Connect HVAC systems to existing ductwork, wiring, and control systems, ensuring proper operation and adherence to safety regulations
