Key Responsibilities: Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations Help carry, set, and install equipment and materials Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Communicate with your team to complete jobs efficiently Learn how to diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems over time Respond to emergency situations with safety as the top priority Keep tools clean, organized, and ready for use Assist with documentation like work orders and job details What We’re Looking For You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong desire to grow. You’re coachable and open to learning new skills, including cross-training in other trades. You’re a people person with technical curiosity: You enjoy hands-on work and problem-solving, but you’re also comfortable interacting with homeowners in a professional, respectful way. You’re ready to work: Valid driver’s license Able to lift heavy equipment Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying conditions Willing to do physical, hands-on work every day You take pride in professionalism: You show up clean, prepared, and safety-focused.
