This is a hands-on role working alongside experienced technicians, ideal for someone with foundational HVAC experience who wants to grow their skills and advance in the trade. Schedule & Pay Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Available as needed Compensation: $26–$30/hour (based on experience) Additional earnings through overtime Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick, Personal, Holidays) 401(k) with 4% company match Paid industry training Company uniforms Tool and boot allowance Key Responsibilities Assist with installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings Work alongside Lead Installation Technicians on job sites Travel to job sites within the service area Help maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment Ensure proper documentation of installed systems (model/serial numbers, test readings, etc.) Collect customer signatures and required job information upon completion Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in ongoing training and development Deliver professional, courteous customer service Take on additional responsibilities as skills develop Why Join Custom Aire? Responsibilities

The apprentice will assist experienced technicians with the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, including maintaining company equipment and ensuring proper documentation of installed systems.
