Benefits include: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities Include: Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and thermostats Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system malfunctions Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures. Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment. Requirements 3+ years of lead install experience preferred EPA Certification required Customer service experience Great work ethic Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements

Responsibilities

Install and maintain various HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation. Troubleshoot system malfunctions and communicate technical issues and recommendations to customers.
