Description **Please note that this posting does not mean there is an opening immediately available** **PLEASE DO NOT APPLY MORE THAN ONCE!** As a Duct Installer, you will collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other HVAC tradespeople to ensure the seamless installation, alteration, addition, and/or repair of HVAC duct systems on commercial work sites. The ideal candidate should work from a position of “Safety First Always” and utilize all safety equipment and training provided to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations. Benefits: Competitive Pay (weekly) Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Other insurances available (after 60 days of service) 401(k) Plan w/matching available (after 1 year of service) Paid Time Off Overtime available Home every night (work is ONLY in the RGV) Requirements Core Responsibilities: Gather & prepare necessary tools & materials to be used at job site Maintain a clean & safe work area & secure material, tools & equipment in appropriate storage areas at the end of the work day Install, alter, or repair commercial heating, ventilation & air conditioning systems Inspect & test systems for leaks, airflow, and overall performance Measure, cut, assemble, and install ductwork for commercial HVAC systems according to blueprints and specifications Perform other project related duties assigned by crew leader or foreman Desired Qualifications: Must pass a drug screen High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year Duct Installation or other commercial HVAC related experience Have own hand tools; we will provide specialty tools Essential Skills: Demonstrate willingness to learn and commitment to building on current skills and developing new skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks & manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to accept constructive criticism, follow directions and collaborate effectively as part of a team Attention to detail & commitment to safety

Responsibilities

Install, alter, and repair commercial HVAC duct systems according to blueprints and specifications. Ensure system performance through leak testing and airflow inspection while maintaining a safe work environment.
