RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Installer Responsibilities • Install residential HVAC systems safely and efficiently • Maintain high standards for workmanship and job quality • Lead installation jobs professionally • Communicate clearly with customers and team members • Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise • Maintain clean and organized job sites Helper / Second Responsibilities • Assist lead installers with HVAC system installations • Carry materials and prepare work areas • Learn installation procedures and industry best practices • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Support the crew throughout the installation process All team members are expected to follow company safety standards, maintain professionalism, and contribute positively to the team environment.
