QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience in HVAC installation
Valid Gas B ticket
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work days, evenings, and weekends
Responsibilities
Professionally install HVAC equipment and accessories per specifications and local codes.
Ensure safe operation of installations and instruct customers on care and maintenance.
Build positive customer relationships, resolve issues, and upsell products and services.
Maintain company vehicles to a neat, clean, and safe standard.
Achieve HVAC leads and enroll CPP to meet performance targets.
