Description

Description We are seeking experienced and dependable HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have installation experience, their own tools, a clean driving record, and a clean background check. Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Install HVAC systems: including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation Follow installation layouts, blueprints, and job instructions Perform start-up, testing, and system commissioning Ensure all work meets local codes and manufacturer specifications Maintain a clean and safe job site Accurately complete job paperwork and documentation Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Follow company safety procedures and OSHA regulations Requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience (Residential and/or light commercial) Own set of HVAC tools Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR will be checked) Clean background check (No felonies, no major misdemeanors) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environments (attics, roofs, etc.) Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred but Not Required: Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field management software EPA Certification NATE Certification Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience and certifications) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities

Responsibilities

Install and commission HVAC systems including air conditioning, furnaces, and ductwork according to blueprints and local codes. Maintain safe job sites and provide professional customer service while completing all necessary documentation.
