Description HVAC Journeymen • $25-$28/hour • Long-Term Assignment About This Opportunity Seeking a Journeyman HVAC Technician to support ongoing residential and commercial projects in the Gretna, NE area. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems while ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days Assignment Details Pay: $25-$28/hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:30PM or 4:00 PM Assignment Type: Long- Term Assignment Pre Employment Requirements Drug Screen Required Valid Driver’s License Required Client Interview Required Journeymen License Responsibilities Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including airflow, temperature control, electrical, and mechanical failures Perform preventative maintenance: inspections, filter changes, belt replacement, coil cleaning, lubrication, and operational testing Install and replace HVAC components such as thermostats, motors, contactors, capacitors, relays, sensors, and controls Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer specifications Test electrical circuits and controls using appropriate meters and diagnostic tools Support start-ups and system checks to confirm performance and proper operation Document work completed, parts used, and next-step recommendations Maintain clean work areas and follow site safety policies at all times Work independently, prioritize work, and provide clear job updates Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used Hand tools and power tools HVAC test equipment Schematics and blueprints Work Environment and Dress Code New Residential construction job sites Work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions (heat/cold) Follow jobsite safety expectations and maintain clean work areas Requirements Working knowledge of HVAC systems and basic electrical troubleshooting Comfortable using common tools and test equipment (gauges, multimeter, hand/power tools) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate what you found and what you fixed Dependable attendance and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Preferred Requirements EPA Section 608 preferred (or ability to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in tight spaces Ability to climb ladders and work at heights Ability to work in indoor and outdoor conditions How to Apply Website www.jobsourceusa.com Phone 402-331-4905 Walk-In Interviews Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Office Job Source USA, Inc.• 8406 Park Drive, Omaha, NE 68127 • 1 block south of Q Street on 84th Street Se Habla Español.
