Job Responsibilities Professionally and efficiently install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes, working alongside an apprentice or crew. Lead and mentor an installation crew Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning. Requirements 2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC Installs Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical examination and maintain a valid DOT medical certificate in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations. Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines. Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending. Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required. Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors. Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
