Job Responsibilities: Deliver a 5-Star service experience by ensuring professionalism, cleanliness, and respect for the home. Abide by all OSHA and company safety guidelines. Install new HVAC units, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and rooftop units. Fabricate and install ductwork systems, including sizing, cutting, and sealing ducts. Install refrigerant lines, perform necessary brazing and soldering connections. Wire electrical components and connect to power sources. Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications. Lead, mentor, and train junior or apprentice technicians, providing guidance on technical skills and customer service. Maintain accurate records by capturing detailed notes, photos, and documenting all information discussed with customers. Identify additional service opportunities and generate sales through system upgrades or add-ons. Work closely with dispatch, project coordinators, and management to ensure smooth job flow. Other job duties as assigned. Requirements Required Qualifications: 2 years HVAC Install experience preferred. EPA Certification Required. Willing to have a flexible schedule. Strong verbal and communication skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Clean background.
