Description Lead Residential HVAC Installer Are you a seasoned HVAC professional ready to take the lead on residential projects Elite Electric, Plumbing & Air is looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. About the Role: As our Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll oversee the installation of heating and cooling systems in single-family homes, townhomes, and other residential settings. From start to finish, you’ll manage the installation process, guide team members, and ensure each project meets our standards for safety, performance, and customer satisfaction. Lead and complete residential HVAC installations (split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, etc.) Supervise and train installers and apprentices on best practices Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans Coordinate with homeowners and project managers to meet timelines Conduct system start-ups, testing, and customer walk-throughs Maintain job site cleanliness and accurate project documentation What You Bring: 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience Proven leadership skills on job sites EPA Certification Knowledge of residential system layouts, ductwork design, and air flow balancing Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops Why Join Elite: Reliable, year-round work Competitive pay with incentives for quality performance Weekly paychecks Paid time off & holidays Comprehensive medical, dental, & vision benefits Company-matched 401k Employee discounts Supportive team and family-friendly culture The physical requirements of this job include: Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
